Terms & Conditions — The Complete Guide to Using the WJ 2 Platform

1 Introduction & definitions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between WJ 2 ("Platform", "we", "us") and any individual who registers on or uses this platform ("Member", "you", "your").

WJ 2 is an international online betting and gaming platform offering Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, and other gaming services. The following terms carry specific meanings throughout these Terms & Conditions:

• "Platform" — WJ 2's website, mobile app, and all related services.
• "Account" — The member's personal WJ 2 account created upon registration.

2 Account Registration

Account Security

3 Eligibility & age requirements

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals may only be made using the same method used for the original deposit.
• KYC must be completed before making your first withdrawal.
• Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
• WJ 2 reserves the right to place any suspicious withdrawal request on hold pending investigation.
• Daily maximum withdrawal limit is ৳5,00,000 (five lakh BDT).

5 Bonuses & Promotions

6 Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on WJ 2. Violation of these rules and terms may result in bet cancellation.

• Minimum Bet: ৳10 (varies by sport and market).
• Maximum bet: Varies by event and market — WJ 2 may update this at any time.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Odds in live betting are subject to change. The odds shown at the time of bet submission are final.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the stake will be refunded.
• For any incomplete bets resulting from technical issues, WJ 2's decision is final.
• If an obvious error in the odds ("Palpable Error") is detected, WJ 2 reserves the right to void the bet.

Sports Betting Special Rules

The following rules apply to betting on all sports, including cricket, football, and kabaddi:

• Bets placed before a match begins will be treated as "Pre-Match".
• Bets placed during a match will be treated as "In-Play" and separate odds will apply.
• If a match is abandoned due to rain or any other reason, the result will be determined by the D/L method.
• Match results will be finalized in accordance with the announcement made by the relevant sports authority.

7 Prohibited activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on WJ 2. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds:

• Creating an account using false information or another person's identity.
• Bonus abuse or bonus arbitrage.
• Match fixing or any form of fraudulent betting.
• Multiple accounts operated by the same individual or group.
• Using software, bots, or automated systems to place bets.
• Using the platform to launder money or conceal the source of illegal funds.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Harassing or causing harm to other members.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

WJ 2 reserves the right to suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• If there is suspicion or evidence of a terms violation.
• If KYC verification fails or false information is provided.
• In cases of suspicious transactions or suspected money laundering.
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).

Balance after account closure

If an account is closed due to a rule violation, the actual deposited amount (excluding bonuses) may be refunded after a thorough investigation. Any winnings derived from bonuses will be forfeited. If an account is closed at the member's own request, the full balance will be returned.

9 Responsible Gaming

WJ 2 believes betting is for entertainment — not as a source of income. We encourage members to bet responsibly. As part of these Terms & Conditions, WJ 2 offers the following tools:

• Deposit limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Loss Limit: Set a maximum loss limit within a defined time period.

• Self-exclusion: Option to self-exclude for anywhere between 6 months and permanently.
